Symptom
You want to use an external e-mail provider for your domain, e.g. Office 365 or Gmail. To do this, you must change the MX entry in the DNS record of the domain.
Solution
The MX record cannot be changed by you. However, it will be adjusted to your specifications free of charge and at short notice on request by our support. For some external mail services, several DNS changes are necessary (CNAME entry, TXT entries, etc.), but they are all executed smoothly and trouble-free by the support.
